Operations Support Supervisor


Job responsibilities

• Formulate delivery SLAs for each warehouse according to headquarters’ planning.

• According to the current situation of the business and warehouse, set SOP to standardize the operation process.

• Organize regular meetings, formulate work objectives and plans, and supervise and follow up on the implementation of the standardization process in each region.

• Coordinate the work of each department and warehouse to ensure the information is communicated in place and supervise feedback and implementation.

Job requirements

• At least 3 years operation management experience.

• Strong communication and management ability, able to independently communicate and deal with warehouse management affairs, design standardized operation process.

• Proficient in WMS and other warehouse management systems, good insight into warehouse operation process and optimization.

• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work under pressure.

• Have strong ability to find and solve problems, be good at finding and solving problems in warehouse operation.

• Fluent in English, plus in other languages.
