• Pick and pack products including unboxing, labeling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets.
• Carry out all tasks connected with Goods being returned including unloading vehicles, sorting returns and putting stock away.
• Drive forklift to deal with pallets and parcels.
• Ensure quality and accuracy whilst performing any operation.
• To fully comply with all health and safety requirements including warehouse procedures, PPE and housekeeping.
• Driving the daily performance of warehouse operatives in an effective and efficient way according to agreed objectives, budget, procedures and specifications; providing reporting as required.
• Implement the daily staffing plan, ensuring optimum output at all times.
• Creates and maintains a positive working environment through appropriate actions and behaviors.
Job requirements
• Have knowledge or experience in warehouse operation and distribution process.
• Have a B2 forklift certificate.
• Good logical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use your own initiative and prioritize workload; excellent time management.
• Able to cover Weekends and night shifts.
