• Handle collection and shipment arrangements for all goods imported into the UK. .
• Cooperate with the internal import clearance department to ensure the timeliness and reasonableness of all pickups. .
• Liaising with haulage companies, taking responsibility for monitoring progress and feedback on exception issues and follow-up. .
• Liaising with the Final Mail partners to ensure all collections are booked in advance and meet the operations’ requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Supply Chain Management or other related majors. .
• 0-1 year of working experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Able to communicate and work in Chinese and English. .
• Good communication ability, fast learner, and can work under pressure.
