•  Responsible for penetrating new customers with demand in European cross-border logistics services. Actively developing new customers, maintaining customer relationships, and exploring potential customers. 
 •  Develop and maintain a customer pipeline. 
 •  Identifying customer needs and suitable solutions. 
 •  Prepare and assist in the sales action plans and sales strategies. 
 •  Negotiate and agree on commercial terms with the client, and conclude legal contracts. 
 •  Collect market information, identifying and sharing insight gained from clients and other market contacts.								
				 
				
				
				
									• 5+years of work experience in large cross-border logistics companies. 
 • Proven sales track record and appetite for new business acquisition. 
 • Advanced commercial & financial understanding and communication/presentation skills. 
 •  Strong negotiation skills. 
 • Flexible attitude.
